We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with children with neurodiversity and complex needs, including Autism and ADHD.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality services to children and young people. They will be able to work effectively in a school-based setting and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support to children with complex needs. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services to children with neurodiversity and complex needs
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and skills in working with children with neurodiversity and complex needs

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children with neurodiversity and complex needs
  • Strong background in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting
