We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Oliver House School in Chorley. As a Specialist Therapist, you will work with children and young people with neurodiverse conditions, including Autism and other complex needs.

Your primary role will be to progress therapeutic services, developing bespoke assessment and intervention plans that cater to the unique needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including Behaviour Analysts, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals, to provide a holistic approach to care and education.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and developing therapy standards, policies, and procedures, as well as contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. You will also be expected to write clear and concise reports, and have the ability to work independently, managing your own workload effectively.
