We are seeking an experienced Specialist/Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to contribute to the development of our therapeutic services. As a Specialist/Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism, with additional needs such as complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviors of concern.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
  • Contribute to the development of systemic and formulation-based approaches to meet the needs of individuals
  • Evaluate and improve therapeutic services to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and data to inform service delivery and development

About You

We are looking for an experienced clinician who has a clear vision for outstanding therapeutic services. You will be a passionate advocate for the rights and dignity of individuals with complex needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Sensory Integration training, preferably a minimum of level 3
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
