Occupational Therapist Specialist

Role Overview: As an Occupational Therapist with Aspris Childrens Services, you will play a vital role in the development and progress of young people with Autism & severe learning disabilities.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of our young people and develop personalized plans for their growth.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, conduct observations, and provide expert sensory recommendations to support their development.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to train staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive environment that fosters the growth and well-being of our young people.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
- A caring attitude, demonstrating empathy and understanding in interactions with young people and their caregivers.
- Demonstrated expertise in occupational therapy, with a proven track record of improving outcomes for individuals with Autism & severe learning disabilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
