As an Operational Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-performance operational programmes while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the Developer Services programme, ensuring on-time, safe, and budget-compliant delivery while driving performance improvements
- Championing a positive health and safety culture, targeting zero harm, and ensuring compliance with HSE, CDM, and environmental regulations
- Inspiring and managing your team, driving leadership behaviour, performance management, and continuous professional development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution
- Leading the adoption of industry-leading solutions and innovative practices to drive operational efficiencies
This role is ideal for individuals with experience of leadership and management within an operational environment in utilities or a similar field. You will have a track record of driving performance, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
