We're seeking an experienced Operational Efficiency Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team at Kier Group.

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across multiple programmes within the Norfolk area, ensuring efficient execution of work and achieving objectives. This role involves performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement to guarantee safe working practices.

You'll work closely with Programme Managers and Schedulers to plan and manage field resources, driving productivity and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you'll implement and monitor targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and outputs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising labour and resources to deliver schemes efficiently and safely.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and investigating any quality issues that may arise.
  • Attending site meetings with clients to mitigate costs and risks.
  • Supporting the Metering Management Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in the water industry.
  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, or SSSTS tickets.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Knowledge of CDM legislation and the Traffic Management Act.
