We're seeking an Operational Programme Manager to join our team at Kier Group.

Location: Covering Norwich & Ipswich

Hours: 45 hours per week

The Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Developer Services (IMRDS) team maintains Anglian Water's water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts, and develops new ways to better service customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of high-performance operational programmes while ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Champion a positive health and safety culture, targeting zero harm, and ensure compliance with HSE, CDM, and environmental regulations.
  • Inspire and manage your team, driving leadership behaviour, performance management, and continuous professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead the adoption of industry-leading solutions and innovative practices to drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leadership and management within an operational environment in utilities or a similar field.
  • A track record of driving performance, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with health and safety protocols, environmental standards, and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team through change, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Full driving licence.
