Restaurant Operations Manager

A role at the heart of WINGSTOP UK - Regional Locations.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a WINGSTOP UK - Regional Locations restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate restaurant teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Implement and maintain restaurant standards, including food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including labour, inventory, and supplies
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and training to restaurant teams to improve performance and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of management experience in a QSR or similar background
  • Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop restaurant teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
