Niyaa People is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Programme Director to join their team in the Norfolk area on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical management and a proven track record of delivering successful programmes.

The salary for this role is estimated at £400-425 per day, offering a competitive rate for the right candidate.

Job Description:

  • Manage the EICR programme and oversee the day-to-day electrical programme for domestic and commercial properties.
  • Support and manage external contractors and operatives to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
  • Be responsible for the management of statutory responsibilities for electrical testing, fire alarms, service, and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Social housing experience, with a strong understanding of electrical management within this sector.
  • Contract management experience within electrical, with a focus on delivering successful programmes.
  • A strong understanding of electrical testing, fire alarms, service, and maintenance, with experience of managing these aspects in a previous role.
