This Junior Front of House Manager role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for supporting the management team to oversee all aspects of our front of house operation, embodying our people promise + values.
About You- An individual who is ready to lead by example and help motivate their team to provide exceptional service to our guests while striving to exceed expectations.
- Support the management team to develop and grow the front of house team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
- Aware of the financial performance of the restaurant.
- Champion change in both our communities and the impact on the planet.
- £70 per hour + £2.80 average tips per hour.
- Dedicated 4-week training programme.
