What will you be doing?

As a key player in shaping the future of the hospitality industry, you will work with learners at their place of work, delivering the apprenticeship standard and providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.

You will also help learners develop transferable skills in Maths and English, manage your own admin, and enjoy a better work-life balance with no late finishes or weekend working.

What will you bring to the role?

Along with recent professional experience gained at Management level in a hospitality setting, you will already have:

  • NVQ at level 3 in Hospitality or higher
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, or beverage service at Management Level
  • Experience of working in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
  • Experience of working autonomously

Any of the following would be an advantage but are not essential:

  • Level 4 Qualification in Hospitality Management, or equivalent
  • Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
