Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring to apprentices in the hospitality sector
- Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to meet the needs of our learners
- Work closely with our industry partners to ensure our programmes meet the evolving needs of the sector
- Contribute to the development of new apprenticeship programmes and initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a coaching or training role, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
