Hospitality Management Coach Job Summary

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking to make a career change or transition to a new challenge? We're seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Management Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in the hospitality sector
  • Provide support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications
  • Manage admin tasks and ensure learners achieve transferable skills in Maths and English if needed

Requirements:

  • Recent professional experience at Management level in a hospitality setting
  • NVQ at level 3 in Hospitality or higher
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, or beverage service at Management Level
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
