Hospitality Management Coach

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking to shape the future of the industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Management Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in their place of work, providing support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.
- Help learners develop transferable skills in Maths and English, if needed, and manage your own admin tasks.
- Work with learners at top hospitality brands in the UK, delivering high-quality training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Recent professional experience gained at Management level in a hospitality setting.
- NVQ at level 3 in Hospitality or higher.
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, or beverage service at Management Level.
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
- Experience of working autonomously.
