About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to join our team at Get Golfing CIO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising staff in the front-of-house area, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee daily operations, including event setup and logistics
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain high standards of service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of front-of-house experience
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and team management
- Proficiency in using POS systems and relevant software
- Possession of good manual dexterity for handling front-of-house tasks
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
