We are seeking a skilled Reception Service Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure that guest service is at the heart of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide a warm welcome to our guests, communicating effectively and maintaining a positive and calm outlook.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading briefings with the team and coaching their skills
  • Ensuring balance of hotel funds within reception and reporting to the hotel management team
  • Taking reservations and dealing with guests' enquiries and assistance
  • Check-ins and check-outs, taking payments and answering calls and emails
  • Planning team rotas and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
