Daytime Healthcare is partnering with a leading private hospital group in the UK to recruit an Orthopaedic Team Leader for their Private Hospital in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and educate junior staff, RGNs, and ODPs, and carry out clinical supervision.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the Operating Department to promote excellence in clinical care.
  • Prepare the operating theatre room for surgery, ensuring waste is kept to a minimum.
  • Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision.
  • HCPC or NMC registration.
  • At least 2 years of ortho scrub experience.
  • Completed SFA training would be an advantage.
