Daytime Healthcare is partnering with a leading private hospital group in the UK to recruit an Orthopaedic Team Leader for their Private Hospital in Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and educate junior staff, RGNs, and ODPs, and carry out clinical supervision.
- Contribute to the advancement of the Operating Department to promote excellence in clinical care.
- Prepare the operating theatre room for surgery, ensuring waste is kept to a minimum.
- Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision.
- HCPC or NMC registration.
- At least 2 years of ortho scrub experience.
- Completed SFA training would be an advantage.
