Senior Theatre Practitioner Opportunity

Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to take on a Deputy Theatre Manager role. This exciting opportunity will allow you to expand your leadership experience and play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of clinical services at Spire Norwich.

As Deputy Theatre Manager, you will be fully supported by your Theatre Manager and specialty Team Leaders. This senior role requires you to work Monday to Friday, with an expectation that you can support a Theatre on call and work flexibly to support the needs of the Theatre Department and wider Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team clinically through day-to-day tasks
  • Complete clinical duties on a regular basis
  • Deputise for the theatre manager when appropriate
  • Take on extra responsibilities dependent on your passion
  • Act as a role model to your team and offer support as and when needed

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse or ODP with a valid PIN with no restrictions on practice
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader capacity
  • Strong theatre experience is essential
  • Demonstrate experience across a wide range of specialities
  • Flexible in supporting the theatre team where required
