Norwich Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospital pharmacist to join our team in Norwich. As a clinical specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective management of medications across various wards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
- Offering advice to patients on the wards, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Screening inpatients and outpatients, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate action
- Collaborating with ATOs and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure accurate medication dispensing
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current registration with the GPhC as a pharmacist
- Substantial experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a clinical role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive healthcare experience
