Overview:

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer and patient care.

About the Role:

  • You will be delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
  • You will be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  • You will build the pharmacy capability of store teams.
  • You will conduct continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety.
  • You will deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You will be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC).
  • You will demonstrate high levels of professional expertise.
  • You will have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers.
  • You will be collaborative with a team-centred approach.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
  • You will be a great communicator able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients.
