Prison Pharmacist Position

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a responsible member of our Pharmacy team, you will be working in a prison environment, providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical screening and structured medication reviews to patients.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
- Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensure a safe and modern medicines management service.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training. Experience in a hospital setting is desirable but not essential.
