About this role


We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6/7 Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Bure in Norwich. The prison houses around 624 patients with complex needs, and you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality prison pharmaceutical services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensure a safe and modern medicines management service
  • Lead a team of pharmacy technicians

Requirements



  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
  • Relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in a hospital setting
