About the role:
This is a leadership role for a team within Change Grow Live, requiring operational line management skills. The successful candidate will supervise, appraise, and manage staff performance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
About the team:
The team is responsible for delivering health and social care services, promoting hope and empowerment among service users. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and leading health and social care services, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
About you:
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent communication skills and experience in leading and developing teams. They will be able to use common MS Office applications and have a strong understanding of health and social care policies and procedures.
What we offer:
Change Grow Live offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (rising by 1 day for each year of service, capped at 30 days), and a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and generous refer-a-friend scheme.
Please note:
This role is not eligible for a Health and Care Worker visa, but may be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, subject to meeting minimum salary requirements.
