Job Title: Complex Needs Assistant

We are currently seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children with complex needs.

About the Role

  • Support Students with Complex Needs: Provide support to students with severe and complex needs, including personal care and medical needs monitoring.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Build positive relationships with students to create a safe and happy learning environment.
  • Maintain Safeguarding and Health and Safety Standards: Ensure that safeguarding and health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience Working with Children with Complex Needs
  • Basic Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or Teaching Support.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £88 per day, based on the location and industry standards.
