Support Worker for Individuals with Complex Needs

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Gray Healthcare. As a support worker, you will provide essential care and support to an individual with autism and learning disabilities in their own home.
About the Role:- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management
- Implement detailed care plans and risk assessments to ensure safe and effective support
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Full UK driving license
- Social care experience, ideally within autism and non-verbal individuals
- Experience providing encouragement to individuals with complex health needs and learning disabilities
- Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors
- Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.03
- Fully paid induction and training
