Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Primary Care Network (PCN) Psychology Team in Telford and Wrekin.

We are looking for an individual with experience in working with adults with severe mental health challenges, who can provide high-quality psychological input into primary care settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist to enhance the CPD offerings for PCN Teams across Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin.

Job Overview

The role involves providing excellent clinical input to meet the needs of people in primary care with complex psychological needs. This includes working autonomously and in consultation with colleagues to make appropriate decisions within professional guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality supervision and complex case formulation to individuals and groups of staff to enhance clinical understanding and practice.
  • To develop and embed psychological formulation within primary care.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
