Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Adult Autism Assessment Service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with experience in working with adults with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

The role involves providing clinical leadership and direction across the Adult Autism Assessment Service, ensuring high-quality psychological services are provided to adults seeking autism assessment in Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin.

Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure the systematic provision and governance of high-quality psychological services across the Adult Autism Assessment Services in Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin (STW).
  • To provide clinical leadership and direction across Adult Autism Assessment Service and associated services.
  • To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service/team.
