Job Title: Senior Clinical Team Lead

About the Role:
The Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to oversee the clinical team for its Learning Disability and Autism services. As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for strategic development, policy creation, staff supervision, and training.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure best practices in clinical governance.
  • Provide direct therapy and psychological assessments for children and young people with Trauma, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Harmful Sexual Behaviours.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must have accreditation or membership with a relevant professional body.
  • Prior experience in management, audit, and working with children, learning disabilities, trauma, or Autism is essential.
