Eating Disorders Clinical Lead Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinician to lead our eating disorders services as the Eating Disorders Clinical Lead. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management of these services, ensuring they are delivered safely and effectively.

You will work closely with professional leads and other stakeholders to ensure service line management, operational delivery, workforce, quality, and safety are maintained at a high standard. You will also be responsible for transforming services in line with national and local priorities, ensuring they meet contractual and internal performance requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the effective service line management of eating disorder facilities
  • Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively, working in partnership with professional and clinical leads
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure services are delivered within financial constraints
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service user outcomes and experience
