Vetro Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our residential service in the Telford area. As an Autism Specialist Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being, and maintaining a safe environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a full-time commitment, with working hours ranging from 08:00am to 20:30pm. A full driver's license is essential, as you will be required to transport young people. While a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People is desirable, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Deal with challenging behaviors and ensure the safety of young people
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

Working Arrangements

Your working hours will include:

  • Long Days: 08:00am - 20:30pm
  • Afternoons: 14:30pm - 20:30pm
  • Nights: 20:00pm - 08:30am
