Children's Residential Support Worker Vacancy

Twenty4Seven Education is seeking an experienced Children's Support Worker to join their team in Shropshire. The successful candidate will work with young people with social emotional mental health needs and autism.

The Role:

  • Supporting children with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Working with a small team to manage behaviors and provide emotional support.
  • Participating in day trips and outings, building positive relationships with residents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience working with children and young people.
  • Excellent knowledge of children's safeguarding and behavior management.
  • Enhanced Child & Adult DBS registered or willingness to acquire.
