We are seeking an Autism Care Specialist to join our team in Shrewsbury, UK. This role involves providing 24-hour support to an individual with autism and learning disabilities who lives independently.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with non-verbal individuals, supporting people with challenging behaviors, and implementing care plans and risk assessments.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £12.03 per hour, plus benefits such as a company pension, professional development opportunities, and a retention bonus.
As an Autism Care Specialist with Gray Healthcare Ltd, you will receive comprehensive training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK and person-centered care. Our induction program includes online training and in-person sessions, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
This position requires a full UK driving license, current Right to Work in the UK, and at least 6 months of employment in the UK. You must also be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
