We are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a SEN HUB in Shrewsbury, supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, and global development delay.

About the Job

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a large team to provide support to pupils with complex needs, including elements of personal care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 2/3 Qualified or relevant experience
  • Experience within a primary school or nursery setting
Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour, with an excellent rate of pay and holiday pay included. You will also receive a £100 joining bonus and be eligible for our recommend a friend scheme worth up to £250.
