Education Programme Manager

Our client is a reputable trade association membership body with a strong presence in the industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Learning Manager to join their team as a key member in developing and delivering their education programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic organisation.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training courses that meet the needs of insolvency and restructuring professionals. You will work closely with colleagues to produce joint work and provide support to team members, while also managing financial resources effectively and mentoring staff to develop their skills. With a focus on innovation and quality, this role requires a strong understanding of training and eLearning principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative training methods using a variety of delivery methods.
- Lead on the production and delivery of training courses with clear learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce high-quality joint work and provide support to team members.
- Manage financial resources effectively and mentor staff to develop their skills.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to design and build professional development programmes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working in a senior training role.
- Experience of training and eLearning instructional design principles.
- Ability to self-motivate, set personal tasks, and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
