Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Programmes Manager to join our team at QA Limited. As a key member of our Education Programmes team, you will be responsible for assisting the Programme Leader in the leadership and academic management of our MSc Digital & Technology Specialist Degree Apprenticeship programme.

About the Role:

  1. You will support the Programme Leader in the day-to-day running of the programmes to ensure they deliver an excellent learner experience.
  2. You will assist with preparation for exam boards and attend where necessary.
  3. You will liaise with Module Leaders and Lecturers regarding delivery, assessment, marking, and management of modules.
  4. You will act as a point of contact for Module Leaders on the programme/s where required.
  5. You will monitor and review students' achievement/progression, implementing additional support mechanisms as appropriate.
  6. You will deliver high-quality learning across the Digital Degree Apprenticeship programmes at Level 6 and 7.
  7. You will develop course materials including videos for online learning, learning activities, slide decks, and assessments for multiple modules within Degree Apprenticeships.
  8. You will provide in-depth expert knowledge in your subject area, offering insights cross-functionally when required.
  9. You will contribute to product maintenance by updating existing material - manuals and labs, creating new material.
  10. You will contribute to the wider team activities on assessment and teaching as required.
  11. You will be a positive ambassador for QA by performing to our expected reputation for excellence and innovation.
  12. You will take ownership of your continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure up-to-date and relevant subject knowledge.
  13. A teaching qualification is desirable.

Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 27 days' holiday, holiday buying scheme, Medicash plan, Gympass, Cycle to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and 2 days per year charity leave.
