Provision Recruitment is proud to partner with a Higher Education Institution seeking a temporary manager for their Initial Teacher Education team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing Primary or Secondary PGCE Programmes, with knowledge of the DfE regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain adherence to programme and module specifications, ensuring coverage of the Core Content Framework entitlements.
  2. Collaborate with tutors to maintain an overview of the curriculum being delivered across Primary and Secondary programmes.
  3. Liaise with programme leaders to ensure quality criteria are maintained, working closely with heads of primary and secondary PGCE programmes.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

The role involves work on campus, requiring at least 2 days' attendance per week, with hybrid working arrangements available.
