Job OverviewThe successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Studies to plan, deliver, and assess lessons, as well as support teachers with their planning and delivery. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all teaching materials and resources are up-to-date and relevant to our students' needs.
Responsibilities- Teaching and Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging and effective language lessons to students of varying ages and levels.
- Supporting Teachers: Provide guidance and support to fellow teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
- Course Support Duties: Cover academic duties and tasks as required, including observing and assessing student progress.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with the academic team to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Qualifications and Experience: CELTA or Trinity TESOL certification, plus substantial experience teaching young learners.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education.
