Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Quality Director to join our team at Manchester Fertility Services Ltd. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of our Quality Policy and monitoring the clinic's performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with relevant clinical and laboratory EU directives
• Manage quality, risk, and governance strategies within the clinic
• Analyze and investigate incidents in conjunction with the Directors
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections (HFEA, CQC, ISO 9001:2015)
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification for Manchester Fertility

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent postgraduate diploma
• Experience of Quality Management Systems and Risk Management
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
