Complaints Analyst

We're First Central Services, a leading insurance company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Complaints Analyst - Motor Insurance, you'll play a critical role in evaluating problems and ensuring the quality of our internal processes.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for enhancement within our complaints process. You'll work closely with our Prevention Specialist to tackle the causes of complaints across First Central, promoting the Company's image and values through all customer interactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to our complaints process
- Develop an understanding of systems and take ownership for your own continued learning of products and business processes
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to share findings and drive improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in an assurance role, preferably in the motor insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence effectively up to Director level
- Basic understanding of all aspects of motor insurance
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
