Administrative Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are recruiting for a Financial Services Coordinator to work within our client's Finance department in East Lothian. The role is available on a 1-year fixed-term basis and requires the candidate to have previous experience working within a transactional finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ad-hoc administrative and finance support as required, including tasks such as data entry, report generation, and financial processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and administrative support to the Finance Manager and team members.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and financial processing.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a transactional finance team.
- Familiarity with financial or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
