Job Description:
Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities:
Our Support Workers play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Empathy and understanding of individual needs
Terms and Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary includes weekday rates of £12.15 per hour, with an additional 10% enhancement for weekend work.
