The salary range for this position is estimated to be approximately £24,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on the specific requirements and qualifications of the successful candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

Supporting Individuals in the Community:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism in their homes and in the community.

  3. Compassion, empathy, and understanding of individual needs

Working Hours and Terms:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary includes weekday rates of £11.85 per hour, with an additional 10% enhancement for weekend work.
