Care Navigator Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Care Navigator with strong customer service skills to support over 18,700 patients at our Ipswich practice. The role involves general assistance to the practice team, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare professionals, and handling patient complaints.

About the Role:
  • Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors either in person or via the telephone.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients and members of the healthcare community.
  • Handle patient complaints in accordance with practice protocols.
