Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our nursing team at Suffolk GP Federation on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in primary care, particularly with patients who have long-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care using specialist skills as part of the wider general practice team.
  • Work within professional boundaries and adhere to the NMC code of conduct.
  • Contribute to a caring and empathetic environment that strives to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position on a part-time basis, with a Tuesday and Thursday rotation between Long Melford and Lavenham sites. The successful candidate will work 08:00-18:30 hours.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,000 - £55,000 based on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working, a supportive management team, excellent IT support, commitment to personal development, leadership opportunities, cycle-to-work scheme, death-in-service cover, competitive salaries, and 27 days' holiday.
