**The Role**

We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Estate Agency team working Saturday and Sunday’s 9am -5pm either from home or in our North Berwick office.

You would be involved in the department and tasks would include:

- Call all viewers from the previous day and provide feedback to our sellers.
- Maximise lead generation for conveyancing, valuations and IFA both inbound and outbound.
- Confidently deal with walk in enquires providing excellent customer service.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- An up-to-date knowledge of the property industry; previous experience would be desirable but not essential. Experience using the BDP property software system is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- IT literate and have proficiency in all Microsoft packages
- A progressive and driven individual who is sales oriented.
- Have excellent social and interpersonal skills dealing with clients
- Have a professional appearance, be articulate and have an engaging personality.
- Will need to have excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Take pride in producing high quality, accurate and timely information
- Show excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be confident in dealing with the public face to face and on the telephone.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and in a fast paced industry
