About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Elevate Everywhere, a leading provider of centralized community energy projects. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Energy Centres, ensuring compliance with quality management and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all quality management and compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date for each site.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to ensure quality standards and health and safety objectives are met.
  • Manage customer health and safety objectives and quality standards.
  • Complete internal performance management and general reporting.
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvement and implement changes to ensure efficient use of district heat networks.
  • Adopt and implement Elevate Everywhere's health and safety policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Ensure statutory and mandatory inspections are carried out and documented in line with our management system.
  • Maintain and submit relevant documentation and records as required, ensuring ISO accreditation standards are met.
  • Prepare requisitions for planned and reactive works, working with the service team.
  • Conduct site visits to Energy Centres, including risk management, health and safety assessments, and training with engineers.
  • Support the service team with residential works and be versatile to support all departmental works.
  • Participate in the callout/standby rota and demonstrate a flexible approach to working practices and hours.
Requirements
  • High level of technical knowledge and expertise in district heat networks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Validated qualifications in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
