Customer Success Manager

Oliver Bernard is looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the onboarding process of several schools, including coordinating data migration and training schedules.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Software as a service (SaaS) – essential
- Strong project management skills
- Strong change management skills
- Stakeholder management and evidence of building customer relationships
- Comfortable managing data migration processes
- Experience using CRMs and ability to interpret data and simplify for schools to understand
- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools
- EdTech experience – desirable
This role offers a competitive daily rate of £200-£225 and benefits include paid travel for occasional office visits and outside IR35 contract status.
