Job Summary:Merrifield Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagement to advance the work of our Health Information team, particularly with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead engagement with healthcare professionals to advance the work of the Health Information team.
- Relationship Building: Seek new opportunities to build relationships and maintain current ones within the healthcare sector.
- Marketing and Communications: Work closely with Health Information colleagues on the development and promotion of training courses and webinars.
- Project Management: Coordinate marketing and promotion to healthcare professionals, working closely with Health Information and Communications colleagues to ensure effective impact.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing and communications plans and project request forms to brief promotional activities and asset creation with our Communications team.
- Campaign Management: Project manage marketing initiatives and campaigns, including timely delivery and deployment.
- Third-Party Management: Commission third parties such as media buying agencies, freelance writers, and market researchers.
- Team Management: Manage the role of the Health Information Officer on a day-to-day basis, motivating and supporting them, maintaining regular 1-to-1s and reviews.
- Strategic Direction: Contribute to the strategic direction of the team's work, working with the Head of Health Information.
- Marketing Qualification: A marketing qualification or extensive relevant experience in a role with marketing and clinical/public health stakeholder engagement as its main focus.
- Marketing Strategies: Experience of developing marketing strategies and campaigns for healthcare professional and consumer audiences.
- Project Management: Extensive experience of managing multi-stakeholder projects from conception through to delivery and evaluation.
- Healthcare Experience: Experience of engaging with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing marketing campaigns for healthcare professional and consumer audiences, collaborating with creative specialists, and deploying and optimizing a range of cost-effective marketing methods.
