Job Summary:Merrifield Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagement to advance the work of our Health Information team, particularly with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, voluntary organizations, and other stakeholders to advance the work of our Health Information team.
- Build New Relationships: Identify and pursue new opportunities to build relationships with healthcare professionals, voluntary organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Health Information Team: Work closely with Health Information colleagues to develop and promote training courses and webinars.
- Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate marketing and promotion efforts to healthcare professionals, working closely with Health Information and Communications colleagues to ensure effective impact.
- Project Management: Manage marketing initiatives and campaigns, including timely delivery and deployment.
- Third-Party Commissioning: Commission third-party services, such as media buying agencies, freelance writers, and market researchers.
- Team Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the Health Information Officer, providing guidance, support, and regular reviews.
- Strategic Direction: Contribute to the strategic direction of the Health Information team's work, working closely with the Head of Health Information.
- Marketing Qualification: Possess a marketing qualification or extensive relevant experience in a role with marketing and clinical/public health stakeholder engagement as its main focus.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for healthcare professional and consumer audiences.
- Project Management: Manage multi-stakeholder projects from conception through to delivery and evaluation.
- Health Professional Engagement: Engage with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing marketing campaigns for healthcare professional and consumer audiences, collaborating with creative specialists, and deploying and optimizing cost-effective marketing methods.
