Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Partnership Specialist to join our team at Farla Medical Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our Wound Management business unit, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional market access strategies to drive formulary inclusion
  • Collaborate with AHSN networks, non-medical prescribing leads, and other key stakeholders to promote Farla Medical Healthcare's products and services
  • Develop and manage regional account formulary development plans
  • Meet agreed metrics and SFE standards while adhering to relevant policies
  • Collaborate with the Farla Medical team to drive sales and best practices in accounts
  • Focus primarily on activities involving policy decision-makers and drivers
  • Identify and implement projects centered around NHS work streams, Quality, Efficiencies, and ICB/LAT needs that will lead to increased access and revenue

Requirements:

  • Exceptional clinical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong presentation and planning skills
  • Experience in Tissue Viability/Wound Management at band 6
  • Successful key account management or business development background, ideally within Wound Care
